Growing up in Jamaica natural means of medicine were used by our parents and ancestors, not only to treat underlining illnesses, but as preventive medicine. As a result of my upbringing, I am very healthy and strong; I never experienced a serious illness.. However, after moving to America, I've watched illness, like cancer, destroy lives,, andI wanted to create change for my community. There is one goal: to promote health and wellness from the inside out.
